4th Floor Office Fit-Out ProjectThe project involved the fit out of the fourth floor of a storey occupied building within a short timeframe. Work included strip out, installation of suspended ceilings, alteration of existing luminaries and electrics, formation of new meeting rooms/ manager’s offices with a combination of lightweight partitions and glazing, new floor finishes and decorations throughout.

Effective management in scheduling the trades (Part out of hours) was key to delivering this project to minimize interference to the building users and complete within the timescale.
